Promachos is made by DK4G Technologies, LLC ("we"). This page covers the public website at promachosai.com, including the waitlist.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
• Optional answers you choose to give: how many apps you have and what describes you.
• Where you came from, if the link you used said so (for example, a link from our Instagram).
• To stop abuse of the form, a scrambled code made from your connection's internet address (for an IPv6 address, only the part that identifies your network). The code is made with a secret key, so it can't be turned back into your address without that key, and we don't try to. It's used only to limit how often the form can be sent. It counts for one hour and is deleted automatically within about two hours.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information.

How we use it

Only to keep track of who's on the waitlist and to contact you about Promachos: beta invitations and news about the product. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who else handles it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts it and stores everything listed above. When you join, the site normally emails us a notice with your email address, your optional answers, and where you came from. Cloudflare sends that notice to our Gmail inbox, so Google stores a copy too. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

Email hello@promachosai.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist. We'll do it promptly. Cloudflare keeps backups of our database for up to 30 days, so anything deleted from it, whether at your request or automatically, is gone from those backups too once 30 days have passed.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
